It has an extra-large “U” shaped foam pad and an adjustable strap specifically designed for Osgood-Schlatter. The “Open Patella Sleeve” extends well above and below the knee, stays in place during activity extremely well, and is made of comfortable, durable and washable nylon covered neoprene. The front and rear openings reduce kneecap pressure, and provide for ventilation at the back of the knee. Measure around the kneecap for proper sizing.
